Reiki is often described in many different ways.
But at its core, Reiki is a gentle practice that helps bring calm to the body and clarity to the mind.
It is not something you have to believe in.
It is something you experience.
Reiki is not tied to any religion.
It does not require you to change your beliefs.
It is not about giving up control or placing your trust outside of yourself.
Reiki simply works with the natural ability of your body and mind to return to a state of balance.
People often describe Reiki as a sense of calm.
A softening of the body.
A quieting of the mind.
A feeling of being more present.
For some, it feels like warmth.
For others, it feels like stillness.
There is no single “right” experience.
What matters is that something begins to shift in a gentle and supportive way.
Many people don’t go looking for Reiki.
They find themselves drawn to it during a time when something in their life is changing.
They may feel:
Reiki often becomes a way to begin listening to that feeling.
In my teaching, Reiki is not about protecting yourself or managing energy.
It is about becoming more aware of your natural state.
As you begin to connect more deeply with Reiki, you often find that clarity replaces confusion…
and steadiness replaces the need for protection.
This is not something forced.
It unfolds naturally through experience.
Reiki is learned through a class called Reiki I & II.
In this class, you are guided through:
It is not about memorizing steps.
It is about learning to trust what you experience.
You don’t need to know if Reiki is “right for you.”
You don’t need to feel ready.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
Curiosity is enough.
If something in you feels even a small sense of curiosity…
that is enough to begin.
If you’d like to explore Reiki more deeply, you can learn about Reiki I & II here:

Or simply take your time.
There is no rush.
You don’t need to rush this.
You don’t need to decide anything today.
Just begin noticing what you are feeling.
That is enough.
