A 6-Month Journey in Two 90-Day Arcs

Strengthen your relationship with Reiki, rebuild consistency, and create a grounded rhythm for practice and growth. This first phase helps you reconnect with Reiki in a more intentional way and identify what matters most for your first stage of development.
Months 4–6: Embodiment, Practice, and Expansion
Deepen confidence, intuition, and real-world integration so Reiki becomes more fully lived in your daily life and service. This second phase helps you embody what you have been learning and continue growing with clearer support and direction.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, mentor, and former ICU and hospice nurse, I bring both compassionate presence and practical depth to the students I support. My intention is to create a learning environment where Reiki students feel safe to grow, ask honest questions, deepen their trust, and continue developing in a grounded and meaningful way.
