Hello, I’m Jay V. Jackson, founder of Illumine Reiki Academy.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, mentor, and former ICU and hospice nurse, I bring a combination of compassionate presence, practical structure, and real-world teaching experience to the students and teachers I support. I understand that teaching Reiki involves far more than sharing information. It asks for maturity, steadiness, care, and the willingness to keep growing.
My intention in this program is to support Reiki Teachers in developing both the inner confidence and the outer structure needed to teach in a way that is clear, aligned, and deeply supportive to others.
